Practitioner-instructors.

Every KIORE instructor still does the work. They teach because they believe the next generation of this industry deserves a serious education.

Two decades in the field. A law license. And a school built to teach what licensing courses leave out.

Nataliya Matejka, Esq.

Founder · Real Estate Attorney

Nataliya Matejka has spent more than two decades in real estate — not from the sidelines, but in the middle of the work.

Early in her career, she built an investor portfolio from zero to 56 single-family homes in 18 months, handling acquisitions, leading project management on every rehab, and managing the properties once they were rent-ready. That experience shaped how she thinks about this industry: real estate is operational before it's theoretical, and the details are where deals are won or lost.

Law came later, but the dream came first. Her father — her greatest role model — was the reason she pursued it. After law school, she returned to the world she knew best, building a practice that pairs legal precision with lived operational experience.

Today, Nataliya is a practicing real estate attorney licensed in South Carolina and Washington, focused on landlord-tenant law, fair housing, and the operational realities of property ownership. She advises the brokers, investors, property managers, and homeowners who make this industry run.

She founded KIORE in her father's memory — to teach the practical knowledge that licensing courses leave out, and to help real estate professionals operate with confidence long after exam day.
