Refund Policy

Because our products are digital or reserve limited seats, refunds follow the rules below for each product type.

| Templates | Within 7 days of purchase only if you have not downloaded the template, or if the file is defective and we cannot fix it | Once the template has been downloaded |
| Self-Paced Courses | If no course content has been accessed or 50% refund if less than 25% of the content has been accessed | If more than 25% of the course content has been accessed |
| Live Courses | If more than 30 days before start of course or 50% refundable if 16 days before start of course | If less than 15 days before start of course |
| Workshops | Full refund if you cancel 7 or more days before the start; we cancel; or we reschedule and you cannot attend | Cancellations within 7 days of the start, or no-shows (a transfer to a future session may be offered at our discretion) |
How to request a refund. Email refunds@kiore.net with your name, order email, and product. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Abuse. We may deny refunds where we see a pattern of purchasing, accessing, and requesting refunds.
